Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the DFX Globals platform. They are provided in draft form pending review by qualified legal counsel in each jurisdiction of operation.

1. About these terms

DFX Globals provides a financial technology platform for international payments and currency exchange. Regulated payment services are provided by authorised third-party financial institutions and payment providers. By using the platform you agree to these terms and to the policies referenced within them.

2. Eligibility and verification

You must be legally able to enter into a contract and must complete identity or business verification before transacting. We may request additional information at any time and may decline or suspend access where verification cannot be completed.

3. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are valid only for the period stated at the time of issue. Pricing consists of a service fee, an FX markup applied to the reference rate, and third-party provider and payment processing costs. All components are disclosed before you confirm a transaction.

4. Transactions

Transactions are subject to compliance screening, transaction limits, provider availability and applicable law. A transaction is only completed when the provider confirms completion. We may hold, review or decline a transaction where required.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate customer and beneficiary information
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes permitted by the Acceptable Use Policy
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, DFX Globals is not liable for losses arising from provider delays, exchange rate movement, or information supplied incorrectly by you.

7. Changes

These terms are versioned. Material changes will be published with an effective date, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

This document is a draft pending jurisdiction-specific legal review. It must be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel before live financial operations begin.
