Pricing has three parts and we show all three: a service fee, an FX markup applied to the reference rate, and third-party provider and payment costs.
Service fee bands
Bands are based on the USD equivalent of the amount you send. These are configurable commercial defaults set by DFX Globals — they are not an industry standard and they are not guaranteed.

Transactions of USD 25,000 and above are not automatically priced. Our team reviews the corridor and issues a written quote.

Pricing is managed centrally and can vary by currency, country, corridor, customer tier and business tier. Promotional discounts can never reduce pricing below zero.
Limits
Minimum and maximum transaction amounts, along with daily and monthly limits, are set per customer tier, country, currency and provider. Limits may vary based on verification, destination, provider and applicable regulations.
