Is DFX Globals a bank?
No. DFX Globals is a financial technology platform. It is not a bank and does not hold customer deposits. Regulated payment and FX services are performed by authorised third-party financial institutions and payment providers.
Are the exchange rates on this site live?
Not yet. No live FX provider is connected, so all rates displayed are indicative reference figures for illustration and are not an offer to transact. Once a provider is connected, quotes will carry a live rate, a rate timestamp and an expiry.
What does a transfer cost?
Each quote shows the exchange rate applied, the DFX Globals service fee, the provider and payment processing costs, the total you pay and the amount your recipient receives. Pricing varies by amount band, currency, destination and customer type.
How long does a transfer take?
Delivery time depends on the destination, the payment method, the provider and whether additional review is required. Estimated timings are not guarantees, and we will not describe a transfer as instant unless the provider actually supports it as instant.
Why might a transaction be reviewed?
Transactions may be reviewed for compliance reasons including amount, destination, frequency or screening results. Review does not imply wrongdoing. We will tell you if additional information is required.
Can I cancel a transfer?
Cancellation depends on the stage of the transaction. If the payout has already completed, cancellation may not be possible. See the Refund Policy for details.
Do you support cryptocurrency?
No. Digital asset functionality is disabled and requires separate regulatory, compliance and provider approval before it could be considered.
